Kill wizard activities on Exit
...
Orbot.java's doExit() returns a
RESULT_CLOSE_ALL to the wizard activities.
The onActivityResult() is overrided
in the wizard activities to kill all
the activities if the result is
RESULT_CLOSE_ALL
