Make configuration accessible from page.
...
For example, if you have the following in _config.yml:
url: http://www.librador.com
...you can have the following in an HTML page:
<a href="{{site.url}}">Home!</a>

Ensure Regexp for today's time is escaped, as time formats can contain pluses and other Regexp unfriendly characters, causing the Scenario 'Use site.time variable' to fail.
